A graphical issue in Act VI with the quest is “What Lies Ahead”
When entering Mephisto’s sanctum in the Cathedral of Hatred, you see the giant blood sphere and are suppose to see Mephisto’s face inside it. However, for me, the face is missing. Just a giant blood orb with nothing in it.
Has anyone else had this problem?
