I’m unable to interact with any of the menus/skill select/inventory/dialogue options or anything other than combat related inputs. All my skills work, I can enter/exit different zones and dungeons. I can open loot containers in the open world just fine.
The only way I could even load into the game is to press enter while selecting my character.
I played for about ten minutes like this, filled my inventory and am unable to scrap anything or move it to my stash. So I can really only walk around now.
I haven’t finished the story yet so I’m pretty much hard locked out of continuing because it requires me to talk to NPC’s which I can’t do.
I’ve done the “scan and repair” option twice as well as restarting my PC and all that, no fixes.
