Please add in game a Sidequest name List and Complete incomplete!

Peaks: Completed Region
Stepes; Only Left the Bugged Infinite Wall Fury Against Fate mission(and the next automatic assigned mission) for completed Region
Hazewar; Only 1 Secundary Mission left for completed region (I dont know what mission left and no can find this mission) I think what is Hungering Necrolyte’s Cache. I try find the item in dead bodys in Toxic Fungals Zone but no find

I.m near; Only need make 1 region (Kehjistan), complete the bugged quest Fury Against Fate (No can break the infinite Hp wall), and try find what mission left in Hazewar (I think what is Hungering Necrolyte’s Cache but i not are 100% sure)
October 2024 and I’m having the SAME issue. Kehjistan is 43/44 completed and I can’t find the last quest 
I’m only missing a mission in region Hazewar, but other than that I have it. I have no idea what’s missing, I’ve been killing, searching and opening in that region for weeks now, but I can’t find anything.
