Mechanic of the frenzy weapon throw build

Hey guys,
have some questions regarding the mechanic of the frenzy weapon throw build on youtube and build sites?

  1. bash to proc OP in the beginning after grouping up mods, but i don’t see them press it at all when weapon throw is activated. how do they stay OP?
  2. is it still 1;1 for frenzy and wt? and occasional hota and chains?
  3. should i keep wotb or rallying cry on my skill bar?
    can someone share some light?
