Got some boots fast nice, I move fast. Made my enigma, I should go fast but I feel slow. This is a weird one. My boots have more evade charges. I teleport spam fast. Take boots off still teleport fast. Still move slow. Hmm… Enchant evade charges off boots. Move fast again. Like faster than before. Like reallly fast. So fast game breaks but thats a topic for another time.
