I want to maximize my crowd control with my frozen orb sorcerer!
I fire Frozen Orbs 13 (34% chill) and I also have
I Cold Front 2 (+24% chill)
Now I am tempering a new pair of glove
should I go for
Sorcerer Control ~ +20% freeze duration
Worldly Fortune Lucky Hit 20% chance to freeze for 2 seconds
EDIT, I went with 20% Freeze duration, I hope it make the boss stagger phase last 20% longer! 
With as much chill as you have, id do the same thing and get cc duration. This will build more stagger, so bosses will stagger faster for you. I dont know if the amount of time a boss is staggered can be adjusted.
I have +54% chill potency on my pants. Boss is staggered about half the time. Lets me get in a lot of DPS and keeps the pesky echoes away.
I do not know if 20% freeze duration prolongs the boss stagger, I really don’t think so.
I would just add Worldy Fortune tempers, the more CC you proc, the more you stagger, you can basically keep the boss staggered half the time and life is good.
