While attempting to complete the Maulwood dungeon it glitches and doesn’t spawn the third, and final, Skeletal Construct that needs to be destroyed to complete the dunegons. I’ve wandered the entire dungeon for about 30 minutes trying to locate the final one but it just isn’t spawning.

Just happened to me as well. Tier 18 version of it, 3rd and final skeletal construct did not spawn in.
Same here, just level 24 but still aggravating
Same for me. Just got this bug too. No 3rd construct and can’t complete the dungeon.
Still bugging as of June 30th. Fyi, it can happen during nightmare runs. Might be wise to salvage Maulwood sigils till a fix.
Same here. I chose my first nightmare dungeon and it is bugged…
