Masterworking tab disabled

Masterworking tab is greyed out on the blacksmith and Yes I have used it before.

Let me add this:
Masterworking tab disabled.

Quest tells me to use Masterworking in the quest “Masterworking”. So there is a dead lock in the quest or I have the same problem that disables the tab.

(So it might be a problem that can happen in any state?)

FYI: Alchemist for the win.

Happened to me too, the fix is to run a lvl 1 or above pit and it reunlocks.
