Example: Potions Capacity +3 on Pants gets nothing from Masterwork Quality +25, but +2 (to +5) on MW crit. Or +1 passive on Amulets.
This carries from S11, where I though its a bug and will be fixed.
Community & developers already had this discussion so many times (for example it used to be in S4 that Raiment of the Infinite was +1 GC and gained nothing from MW, or with unpredictable skill bonuses on items), and it was always agreed by everyone that MW should always give bonus in some predictable manner.
Im very disappointed that Dev team has such a bad memory that they keep repeating same mistakes over and over again, when all of this was already discussed so many times, and agreed by everyone (including Devs): MW should always give bonus and it should be predictable across similar affixes.
Amulet passives should go from +1 to +2 (+3 with MW crit), and from +2 to +3.
Please fix it in the same way you did after seasons 4 and 5 where this was already discussed.
