Masterworking feedback

I really try to stay positive here. but i think masterwork and tempering is killing this game for me.

This is my journey from that perspective

Tempering
Find my first 2 useful 2star GA items of the season around paragon 230. Not use them because both of them were bricked by the blacksmith rolling the same 2 stats the entire time. Go on for the rest of the season to have an average of 1/3 of my items either not roll the stats needed for the item, or have it roll in the bottom 10% (took me 3x 2GA staves to finally upgrade from my 1GA staff)

Master working
Check if i have 10 round keys and scrap my 6 and 8 round keys → Create a party a run the keys. Hope to god I don’t have an enthusiastic moron in the group.
Try to find a group for hordes. Get bored with finding no one with 10 round keys.
Get fed up with the keys / group situation
Craft a bunch of NM sigils and scrap the 80% of dungeons because the dungeon balance is so poor. Farm NM dungeons solo for hours

Grab up 40k obd, which according to my rough math should statistically get me a tripple crit on my unique ring
Repeat the process 4 times because screw me? and end up with a worse ring than when i started.

My opinion. RNG is great for certain things, but it does not feel great here, and the grinding for obd is just not fun and my xp bar barely moves while I’m doing it.
I’d like to just use my NM sigils (a small difference is fine, but when a dungeon takes 2x as long to clear for half the obd, buff the thing).
I’d like for the 10 round keys to not be so rare (why?) for mediocre rewards and why are hellbornes the only right answer?

Icy veins releases a NM teir list every season. Just slap some chests / elites to the rough ones. Give a valid reason to complete the events.
Buff the underperforming options in the hordes.
Let us choose a higher difficulty for events even if its just more xp. Auto deleting everything when grinding for obd (and seasonal stuff) is the only option at the moment.

my usual advice: use a sacrifice gear to absorb those repeating unwanted results. don’t take it head-on with your prized gear.
