I had an item that failed 4x in a row. Gave up after that. Tried to master work another item, it failed 2x in a row. Gave up. Looked at my other items and decided I’ve had enough of ptr. That should be a window into what ppl will do who aren’t into the end game that some people want. Blizz has the numbers and they will decide what group of people they need to cater to.
