Has anyone been able to masterwork Max Resource on Rod of Kepeleke ?
I reset over 60 times (GA Max Resource), could not get it once.
Yes we are talking about 4/12 masterwork.
In NickTew’s most recent Overpower Quill Volley video he shows a rod with a GA Max resource that was masterworked. Its around the 9 minute mark in the video
same happen here, many times not even a blue one on resource. always 2 same one, core skill cast twice or crit damage.
