As per heading. In blacksmith there is supposed to be a full reset button that removes all masterworking from an item and brings it back to 0/24% quality. This button is greyed out, i assume it is the red arrow button in the middle of the screen? Have 2 computers and both are the same. Thanks.
Hmm. There isn’t much reason to reset all of masterworking since all levels increase everything equally?
The only reset I’ve seen is to reset the very last greater affix upgrade.
I should also note that there isn’t a reset button, but just the option to upgrade again and again for 1,000,000 gold, 200 obducite, and one neathiron.

Got a nice 2 GA glove. Used a starter build guide which did not have the affixes i need for the next level of build which is Ancestral. Ancestral includes “ranks to blessed hammer” which i need to craft on it. So a full reset, craft what i need and off we go again. Google tells me i can do this??? Cheers.
If you later add ranks to blessed hammer it inherits the quality levels. You dont need to or even can reset masterwork to 0 / 25.

From my screen tempering has a button, hover over, if you have scrolls you can reset it tells you how many you have also.
MW is see no button and cannot load in my helm, but it is also sanctified so if yours is too could be that.
For my non sanctified MW, there is no button or reset option that i can see.
This is pre blessed hammer, just fyi . and what i see on my screen. 
There isn’t a reset button. You just roll again without resetting.

Oh, sanctifying is the last thing to do. Once an item is sanctified, nothing else can be done with that item excepting for socketing runes or gems.
