I have a fractures winterglass that a +2 to conjuration mastery on it. done masterworking to lvl 4 and gave me +2 conjuratin mastery. so stats never changed at all just turned it blue. if i get a +2 to a +2 it should be +4, what is going on with this, was basicaly a waste of resources
same with my skyhunter. have a GA on exploit which is 3. My skyhunter is now level 11 and exploit is STILL level 3
