Master working is still not giving the correct % increases on gear. Upgrading legendary legs with GA resistance to all. Was at 21% at rank 9, upgraded to rank 10 and only went up .5% to 21.5% instead of up 1% to 22%. I’ve reset from 12 already hoping the new patch would have fixed this problem. Apparently not. Nothing like wasting time, gold and materials only to get short changed again and again.
I have 2 Items with GA, both after masterwork 19,6% CDR but I got 35,4% instead of 39,2%, same. Bug after the Patch. Nothing fixed.
