The part of the quest that says use any infusion spell is resetting progress to 0 instead of being marked as complete. I have all 5 other quests done so it should be showing at least 50 however it is not. The quest says 15/100 when earlier it was nearly complete

Me too, i remember it being around 43 or something while i was swapping around the element to complete the other objective. Now i’m looking at it, all elements are complete and it’s back at 3/100

Same issue for me - Made a post on reddit and someone said visual bug, but yeah mine isn’t completing.

Definitely bugged. I just had the same problem. When mine got to 15/100 and then reset to 0. So currently I have 10/10 for deactivating chilling wind, 7/10 to deactivate explosive, and 4/100 for ANY. The absolute minimum the ANY value should have is 17/100 because I already have 17 shown on the other 2. The actual value should be closer to 20 because I when it was 15/100, all 15 were from chilling wind because I had not changed infusion yet.
Even if they fix the reset bug, I’m still faced we re-doing all those infusions from scratch…even if they reset the value to the displayed total of the other 5 goals, that would still be too low since it would not account for the affixes over limit I already cleared.
The best thing they should do is just completely remove the “ANY” goal, so that the objective is just the 5 other infusion-specific goals…as far as I have seen, none of those 5 have reset yet.

Can confirm the same bug ! Smoldering Embers Infusion 10/10 ANY Infusion down to 0/0 from 9/0 before.

Same here. Completed all the individual ones but the total count got reset.
Sucks if you’re a completionist because it’s the grindiest objective to begin with.

Would someone with a low infusion count be able to test something?
Switching out spells seems to reset it, but I was semi-positive changing difficulties also reset this (and this includes escalating nightmares). Not totally sure, but since I’ve avoided escalating nightmares and changing difficulty, I haven’t had it reset yet. I’m too far into the quest though that I don’t really want to test this myself, as having to redo the quest would be annoying.
Mine don’t reset when i change difficulty, can’t say it wont for everyone tho
I just logged into the game again after ~8 hour break and the tracker for ANY Infusion was back up to 22/100 from the 0/100 when i logged out …
Seems to be a visualisation issue.
EDIT:
Jumped back to 0/100 again and after ~7 hours break only the 5/100 again…
This is annoying especially since night Terrors seems also bugged … its extra hart/impossible to finish tier 5 this season

It is fixed, you can ignore that one and do the others, and you still get the reward
That is not fixed. Hopefully it gets actually fixed so we can fully complete the season journey. I have had the x/100 reset multiple times a day without changing anything in spell crafting, and without changing difficulty. But, I have also played every season and never had an unbugged season journey.

Others are correct this is bugged. It can prevent completion.
Just noticed this too… reset to 0 after I finished one of the elements.

From what I have observed, having just completed the 100/100 is that the counter appears to reset every time you start the game, swapping the infusion made no difference to my counter. I did them all in one session, swapping the infusion depending on the dungeon settings.
