First off I have really been enjoying this game but as of a recent patch (not sure which one exactly) I have been getting random stuttering issues up to 10 second full freezes they appear to be random but are more common in high volume areas. Fps will also range from 100-120ish on ultra (when running properly) to 10 I have been monitoring my system and at all times of the game it appears to be using the full 12gb of VRAM I have available and roughly 12-14gb of ram by itself and zero temp issues. My system is as follows
monitor- 34" 3440x1440 g5
cpu-3700x @4.2ghz all core
gpu- amd 6700xt stock settings
ram-32gb @3600mhz
cooling- 280 aio
psu-750w
my wifes pc however runs the game completely fine (5600x, gtx1080, 32gb ram, 27" 2560x1440 g5) I understand my resolution is higher so more vram usage makes sense but having an extra 4gb and still being pegged seems weird to me.
Fixes I have tried-
- verifying game files and full reinstalling
- turning on and off hardware acceleration on launcher
- removing HD texture pack
- using amd fsr 2.0 (all options)
- reducing graphics (have tried all options)
I feel like ive tried everything and just feel so lost I just want to play
