There is a massive bug that is destroying my endgame in that when you reach Astaroth’s second phase with a high DPS build (Ball Lightning Sorc), the game will actually fail to register that you are doing damage, effectively stopping you from doing any damage at all.
It wasn’t always this way, but my last three runs have been bugged, and it is absolutely ruining my endgame grind and war plans.
Please fix.
Just happened to me too. T9 and T10 on PenShot rogue. Absolutely no damage dealt. Still staggers, still does all his mechanics, the doggo takes damage. But Astaroth himself is immune the entire fight.
I hate to complain as I thoroughly enjoy where D4 is at as a game, but it is kind of a problem, especially when you want those NMD runs to be your main form of profit.
Same here. T10, did him a bunch of times already with worse gear, no problem. This time…took me like 5 minutes to even get him to 50/60%
I was able to kill one much earlier think T6 or T8 top and was about 10 minutes fighting to kill him. I thought my guy just wasnt strong enough for him. this truly sheds some light on it.
