You can no longer be healed above 50% Life. You gain 5-10% Maximum Resistance to All Elements, +20-40% Armor, and 50-100% increased Barrier and Fortify Generation.
so would this mean you are considered “not healthy” and if you take on:
While you are not Healthy, you are Berserking and your Core Skills deal Fire damage and an additional Chaotic Burst of 100-200% Fire damage.

It’s not just Barb, they did a D3 remake (literally)
I think that was the whole point of that new item, to mix it up a bit and allow you to build in different ways.
i think just looking at all the powers/abilities, its going to be season of the barb and 99% of them will be running that combo
My point was @OP was reacting to a 200% increase being too much, meanwhile Sorc with Mana Shield and Edgemaster’s Aspect alone can combine like 3000% x 
Haven’t seen all the chaos perks yet either, or combos people come up with. I’ve no doubt they’ll be some broken interactions of various things. Not saying Barb won’t be powerful, I just wouldn’t assume anything at this point is all.
i wasnt even looking at 200%, i was looking at “100% berserking all the time 100% of the time”… that is… crazy broken lol
one of the side benefits of “bersekering” is 30% run speed… you are going to outrun full galloping mounts! broken!! haha

It’s called Aspect of Adaptibility (but it affects only Basic skills and didn’t realize that)

Yeah maybe Vox Omnium will see some use in S10. I didn’t do werewolf this season, so i forgot about the change to adaptability.
Oh yeah, good catch. I was kinda disappointed that the new Barb sword isn’t available for everyone to use 
I mean just combine that with Mana Shield and you’re gonna get absolutely bonkers level numbers (with 20k mana you can get a 9800% DPS increase on Basic skills just from that Aspect)
Don’t forget to throw in this one:
A Beast Cornered
For every 10% Life you are missing, you gain 10-20% [ x ] increased damage and 5% damage reduction.
That one won’t work with mana shield. Mana shield lowers your maximum life… so you won’t be missing any until you get 1-shot by a sneeze.

Not true. Sorc Basic skill got a d3 damage multi thanks to adaptability aspect + manashield. 18.000 -30.000x damage.
