Destroyed the 3 Idol’s and I need to travel to the Siren’s Chamber but am unable to, I have cleared the entire dungeon there are no undiscovered areas and the Siren’s Chamber is not spawning.

I just completed it, no problem. WT 4, level 75 Rogue 
Yeah so because it worked for you it must be working for everyone. Why even bother commenting if you aren’t facing the bug? I am also rogue level 75 got the dungeon as a NMD (so in world tier 4) and it didn’t work.

99.9% of bugs do not affect all players.
The fact that is was not bugged for you does not mean anything at all.

Got the same bug just now.
Same here on NMT 29… annoying… UPDATE: I kept wandering around and it suddenly appeared right at the first junction from the entrance to the dungeon…

Correct. It is the first intersection when entering the dungeon
