Here’s the reason the SB has so many S tier builds plain and simple…it wasn’t included in the PTR. Not being included in the PTR means that all the streamers who would have found the bugged interactions did not have a chance to. That was Blizz’s choice, and was probably a mistake judging by the number of complaints on the forums about the result.
Many of the other classes were quickly clearing Pit 100 (the highest in the PTR) in mere minutes…and Blizz used this information to nerf them. Without the free playtesting of the PTR, there is no way Blizz can find these types of strange overpowered combinations coz they just don’t have enough people to do it themselves.
The simplest solution is to revert the other classes back to their PTR powers and leave SB alone for the rest of this season, then try again in S7 with all classes playtested on PTR.
Oh, and by the way, the OP assertion that SB’s S tier builds don’t require any mythic is wrong. It requires the Shroud of False Death.
