I’ve done all 3 modes it says with bloody items and it still won’t clear. Anyone else with this issue?

I’m having same problem. Not sure if I’m doing it wrong or another stupid big with this season

Make a new character and talk to the npc. That will update the objective for your account.
My season is nearly complete but under season 1 objectives mangled message will not unlock regardless of how many times I complete the 3 events. I have tried to complete it in all world tiers from Torment 4 all the way back to normal. The issue here is a skill point is locked behind it.
