Malignant Unique Ring of Rogue doesnt Taunt Elites AT ALL anywhere. New Season 3 Mockery Stone sometimes Taunts Elites so works better than this ring but … its sometimes. Please fix this ring coz i love the idea of this ring.

The rogue malignant ring is almost a meme.
Never use it.
Please change the ring for another malignant power with some real power.
The malignant heart didn’t taunt elites either. I found it worked best in early game and gave it up after getting some decent gear. The fact this is a unique and so not available until T3 is ridiculous.
