Has the drop rate be reduced? I am out of hearts totally and that was never an issue last season. I never had to farm them and now I am. I don’t see how people this season are able to farm Duriel at all.
Are you in WT4?
They drop in WT4. They don’t really drop in WT3 as far as I remember. But you don’t need them for Varshan in WT3 only in WT4.

yup that part confused alot of ppl myself included.
The best solution would be to remove these bosses from wt3. Imo, they have no real purpose there anyway. And lets hearts drop with the other resources in WT3.
Did a wb yeaterday. Had 5 of those vamp guys show up. They dropped 5hearts, 2 femurs, and a hand for me
I havent seen a dropoff of any varashan mat drops.

The confusing part is in wt3 everything except hearts drop. While in wt4 the hearts get added.
So if u farmed a lot of whispers in wt3 and didnt got hearts you might get the impression that ur unlucky.
Since most ppl dont bother doing varshan in wt3, and dont know that varshan in wt3 doesnt need hearts.
It is a confusing system thats completely unneccesary, and should be changed.
Yes, I am in WT 4 and have been for weeks. I did 20 kills on Duriel, got my pants, then accidentally sold them cleaning out my bags, I honestly don’t know if I have the will to target farm for hearts, so I can farm bosses, so I can farm another boss, so I can hope against hope to get the piece I need to finish my build. Items like the need to drop from NMs.
If RNG hates you or you just hate farming then the coming changes to trading will be a blessing for you. You will be able to trade for the uniques that you need as long as they are not ubers.
Heats are def abundant in wt4 as for the others it can be hit n miss, but chances of them spawning at Wb, legion and when you complete a whisper are decent.
I honestly think Varshan takes way too many different type of mats to summon - it is tedious. There is really no point in making summoning Varshan this much of a chore to be honest. Every other bosses in the ladder only takes 1 type of mats to summon, and Varshan takes 4 LOL… Why ?
I am getting lots of Hearts and Heads but almost no Hands. It is all RNG.
Best place to farm heart is the world boss, legion event and the construct summons. Because those event have many players and it will increase the chance to trigger additional Whisper Monster which often drop malignant heart.
