Make the game more social - enable global chat and dungeon LFG functions

There is a big social missing element. Even Diablo Immortal is having some nice features and mechanics in that regard.

  1. Please enable global chat, without it and having some local chat / trade chat etc. the games feel empty
  2. Clan functions are limited apart from having clan chat. It would be nice if there is LFG function inside of it, where people can browse and join lfg’s, doing events together
  3. Create LFG menu/mechanic for dungeons and all live Open World events, so people can engage together easier and have fun socializing in the game.

I really hope they do enable it I stopped playing because I can’t group. I got to a keystone dungeon I can’t complete as a barb and maybe I’m just a bad. But regardless I tried to get a group and couldn’t even communicate so I have stopped playing entirely because I can’t progress

It feels dead I’m shocked how hard it is to team up, maybe most are playing solo or just with friends. The local chat nobody uses

I agree completely. The lack of a global chat channel is just sad. I understand some people don’t like global channels so if they had a way to disable it (just like they do the trade channel) it would be good.

Agreed. Please add global chat and a LFG chat. Or even d3 communities. But most of all a chat of some sort.

I agree 100%. This game really needs it.

The problem I see is this.

1 Even spawns.

2 players show up.

3 Every player flexes hard, showing of thinking ‘they are all looking at me’

4 event ends and loots grabbed.

5 everyone runs in opposite directions as fast as they can, not even look at each others names, let alone stopping to ‘hello’ emote, or use local area chat…

its a community problem, not a ‘lfg chat’ problem.

If people took a second to interact with each other, we’d have 100 man clans already, but we dont, we have a thousand 1 man clans, and half a dozen 5-10 man clans.

  5. They are busy with other tasks. That’s why we need global chat and LFG to search for people which are bored right now.

If you cant be bothered to stop and say hi when half a dozen players not on your friends list work world event with you, then how can you be entitled to a world chat or an LFG?

we 100% need a GLOBAL world chat, the local (zone) chats are dead cuz they are constantly changing who’s in them

If i’m busy i wouldn’t bother. If i’m not busy i would love to chat in global chat or play some events with other ppl.

That is a real problem, disabling cross-comm/play can make it a little better.

Thats a personal choice, you make. You want blizzard to change the entire comm system because ‘youre busy’ ?

What is so hard in adding just a global chat? XD We have a local one but do not have a global. Why? What is so wrong with it?

Why should i join unofficial discords? Because you don’t like that nobody is saying “Hi” to you? Idea of the global chat is great. I feel very sorry for you.
