Suggestion:
Please make people clear Torment tier difficulties on their own before they are allowed to jump into groups.
I’m not concerned with them being in a higher tier, I help lots of people and still want to help friends get new alts up.
This can even just be a thing for the first 2 weeks of a season. Many of us had to work long hours to get to where we are, and others feel entitled to just skip the line/work…
(It’s just everyone knows how annoying carries are when you’re not geared enough to carry, or just don’t feel like it, or trying to level glyphs and there’s always 1 or more that keep dying bc their gear is crap. If I’m not leader I can’t kick. If I am, I shouldn’t have to inspect everyone, not to mention most people seem to have private profiles for whatever weird reason. (why do ppl do this? what are you afraid we will see?) )

A low lvl somehow must of been carried to t4, bc once we all got to the boss; he was the first to die. Lost the bonus glyph, after group I left. Lol
why do you care how others play their game?
Your issue can be solve by not involving yourself with random party.
solo leveling is good, yes pun intended.
Really? How they play affects me if they join my group looking for a carry and then deprive me of something. Shouldn’t take a genius to see this.
And this is a co-op game. Many like to join groups because playing solo gets boring, or even better, to get the +10% EXP.

While I was reading the OP all I could think about was one of their used car salesmen standing up and saying “I am sticking to my guns” in regards to group content.
PUG’s are atrocious a vast majority of the time. Sad they can’t make it optional for ALL activities.
