The mathematics behind the armor maximum physical resistance is way more complex to round up. The new tool tip will show a nice round up 85% physical for you when you hit the armor cap. It is also impossible for you to purposely reach 10,000 as you cant control the armor number on each gear and disobedience and juggernaut will make the numbers none round up too.
