After a 108 mins queue, I get into the game and can’t even move or attack, the game’s unplayable. Ctrl+R shows latency it stuck at 2,687 msec with 44 FPS. I have already tried renewing IP, flushing DNS, power cycling router and the various other suggestions in the FAQ to no avail. The rest of my internet connection works fine (no lag in HOTS or SC2 or other online games) so I’m pretty sure the issue is this game. I’m located in Singapore if that is of any help (maybe there are no Asian servers for Beta).
same here, youre not alone. From Singapore too. 1104ms on my end.

Same, logging into the game after character selection latency is 2000+ms. Unable to do anything, earlier I managed to run around @ 290ms for a few minutes before lagging out. From Singapore on Singnet Fiber

I’m in the US and I’m having the same issues. My latency issues are with this game alone. It was working fine until I hit level 11 and I ported back to town and everything just bricked up.

I have the same issue. In Singapore, latency is more than 2000 ms. I did everything to try and fix it. I am not having this issue for D3.

I’m from Singapore and I’m also stuck at 2000ms, but my friend can play it smoothly on his PS5.

I am having the same issue. Been trying for the past 4 hours including all the queue times, connecting and reconnecting, even renewed IP and flushed DNS, still getting 2k+ ms latency. Friend from Indonesia are getting 150ms with slower internet speed, this is unbelieveable.

Same issue here.
Going between 1.5k - 2.5k ms lag since the Beta started during the times I do get through the queue.
On PC, from Singapore, SingTel.

It is singtel fibre. i using phone hotspot (Singtel mobile) and i can play the game without any issue.

This seems to be a universal problem for all players from Singapore (and most likely including rest of SEA).
I am from Singapore and everyone else I know from here has told me of the exact same problem, which I also experience, while people I know from Europe and USA tell me they don’t have this problem at all.
The problem is always the same. Logging into a game session, latency starts at between 250-750ms, then rapidly jumps up to 1400-2800ms within a couple of seconds, and game just doesn’t respond anymore.
Nothing spawns, can’t interact with environment or inventory, basically the game has disconnected but the player is still stuck in the game world, and Leave Game doesn’t work. Have to quit to desktop.
I’ve been able to enter the game around 12 times in the past 9 hours, and this same issue happens every single time.

Adding OnlineService.Matchmaking.ServerPool=AU1 kept my ping around 300ms.
EDIT: Also, would love to add you as friends in game.
Hi fellow Singaporeans. Had the same issue too, with Singtel. I happened to have access to a VPN, connected to Australia and now the beta is actually playable. It’s not the best at 250ms, but at least it isn’t 3000ms.
