I tried to play 6 times in the last week. 1 of them is successful. The rest of the time there were lags, and sometimes I could not enter the game at all. What did I pay for???

blizzard posted already that their experiencing a DDoS attack. So yeah, all you guys crying for refunds need to slow your roll.

same here i was playing fine at 8pm came back at 1am and have this crap saying unable to fine valid lic code 315306 wtf is that ???
Blizzard couldn’t run a finger you know where with map and jar of lube.
I’m playing on Ps5 and have never experienced more disconnects or crashes with a game before. I wasn’t all that concerned about the live service aspect of this game until now. It’s such a shame because this game has the bones to be great but if they can’t fix these server issues…🫷😤🫸

Oh boy blizzard is having quite the dumpster fire huh. Invalid license errors when trying to log in, once you do log in theres a ton of lag, rubberbanding and disconnect issues, thats been an issue since launch for me, can’t turn off cross play to try to mitigate some of those issues, battle.net is down as well.
Also getting the same, but Blizzard have put a notice on the Battlenet launcher stating that they’re currently experiencing a DDoS. This may be a side-effect of that.
Downtime of more than 12 up to 20 hours is reason enough to request a refund for a game that has a minimum pricetag of 70 euros. Lots of people requested a refund already, people should just go back to PoE to play an actually good ARPG.
They won’t give refunds anyways so I dont know why thats even something people keep screaming on the forums about.

Your blind faith and willingness to defend a corporation against another regular consumer on an online help forum is laughable.
They have to. You can’t have your game be offline for basically the entire weekend, not nowadays. They’ll see that players will mass refund this game and Diablo 4 will die within a few months. FF16 soon, PoE 2 soon. They didn’t have the luxury to make these mistakes, and yet they did.
A DDOS? Please… Its called customers trying to log on…

doesnt matter how big of a company you are, your still able to be targeted by DDoS.
