Been trying to play the game since almost 10h now - I’m still getting the error code 34203 (Germany).
Same as everyone else. Played for maybe 10 hours yesterday. Tried logging in early today and I got the error. It’s been 8 hours since I’ve been trying and it’s just the error again and again. My girlfriend’s pc 2 meters away from me logs in without a hitch. All my friends in Discord log in with no problem.
No error code as soon as I use a US VPN.
An actual shadow ban for pre-ordering a game, classic blizzard.

I thin they somehow locked people outside US. I played some hours yesterday, and today I cannot login. Same error code.

34203 is definitely not a computer related problem. I have been getting this error message the entire day (from about 10:00 to 20:00 CET), while my roommates can log in without issues. We even tried to sign in on each others computers and I am still the only one who can’t get in.
I suspect that the announcement about managing player traffic that’s been on the launcher most of the day actually means that they temporarily banned a certain number of accounts to reduce traffic to the servers, and that someone forgot that it was supposed to only be temporary for a couple of hours at most.

We’re visiting Japan. I was playing yesterday with no VPN. Cannot log in this morning due to 34203 error. If I connect to my VPN in the US, still get the same error.
My son, however, is playing right now, NOT using the VPN, from Japanese wifi. He did not play yesterday.
I suspected my location was the issue, until the VPN did not solve the problem and my son started playing with no issues - logged right in!!!

it’s a shame! all the day trying to log in to get the same error…only to find that they blocked most of the accounts outside the USA because they couldn’t manage their servers! not all the accounts…only the paying serie B players…not the streamers obviously…what a waste of money!!

I bought the ultimate, played yesterday no problem and today have that damn server error. Tried to log in my boyfriend’s computer (he could enter the game through his account and play - also ultimate) and couldn’t.
Getting more and more convinced that account have been blocked to ease traffic for others, and we are the unlucky ones.

I had this error 34302, but now I have error 7, I couldn’t play anything in this beta.

Hey Joynueer, I’ve tried to use VPN but it was not working from my. I am connecting from Europe > Bulgaria. I still cannot connect. It has been like that for the last ~12 hours.

I can play the game via VPN (US, New York).

My wife can play fine without a VPN. Same room/home/network/ISP/everything. I have been getting error 34203 all day long when I try without a VPN (still now).
Bought a VPN sub after hearing that got people through (Mullvad VPN) and indeed it works when I set VPN set to USA or The Netherlands.
( Can I be reimbursed for the VPN costs?

If my account would be restricted as you claim Ronin, why am I then able to log on via VPN? It’s super weird that it works that way, but that kinda rules out an account level restriction, right?
error 34302 returned to me. With vpn gives error 7.

Then why can’t I play but my boyfriend can, using the same server, same internet, same house (no vpn)? It’s a really messed up error that doesn’t make any sense
