SOLUTION >>> I have figured, that the cause of this issue is the pagefile being disabled. Turn it back on, and you should get rid of that out of memory issue.
Choose the Advanced tab in the Performance Options dialog, and click the Change… button in the Virtual Memory section. In the Virtual Memory dialog, check the “Automatically manage paging file size for all drives” .
