Getting “Unable to find a valid license for Diablo IV. (Code 315306)” on PS5 for the last ~10min.

Devs are looking into this as the issue’s more widespread than anticipated. If I hear anything else back from them I’ll let you know, but for now just keep trying every 15 minutes or so and it should self-resolve with no further effort on your end.

Genius move to let all PS or Konsole Players start at the exact time while PC Players were already making charakters and beginn to play. What did you expect would happen als soon as the counddown went to 0?

@Drakuloth I fully restarted my PS5. I purchased the Ultimate edition. I’m still receiving the license error after attempting to login. (315306)

It’s not on your end. The queue system is overloaded. Give it some time. :]
