I found a workaround fix to get in on PS5 by purchasing an add-on. For reference I preordered the ultimate edition.
- uninstalled
- reinstalled
- purchased the crypt hunter pack for $6.99
After that it let me in without any issues. A few hours too late and super annoying but sharing here in case it helps anyone else login
Well for the people that still with the problem if you have a friend into the game you can use another controller to join the game with your user thats fix the problem need to post because im waiting for 6 hours

Can’t even load into the game on ps5. Pre purchased it, yet the countdown timer for offical launch is still there.

Its literally bullsh*t to me and my pal dont have that much money so we thought we can half the price and buy the game on his account and share the early access but we dont this kind of blizzard thing and im really disappointed i literally no slept because i prepared for the launch but still cant play the game we payed for i mean he literally can because his account was the primary what we bought for but still shame even tho diablo 4 beta was shareable too i trying not be salty but this piss me off so hard

You have every right to be upset. They didn’t inform us of this. So people did things with the fact that gameshare was working. Like when people started buying things to log in. Allot of people wasted more money not knowing they won’t get in

Minimum they have to do some type of refund. If they do not do something, what they are telling us? I feel like I was robbed, paid 100$ + tax to play it and nothing. what a way to take advantage of playstation players. What a shame.

On PS5. I logged into my account that doesn’t have PS plus, started the game logged in just fine and my partner joined in coop. He still cannot log in from his account but can join if I start the game from account without ps plus. I can then leave the game and his playing on his own.

Anyone saying ps5 players don’t stand a chance to get on statue… now you are right after we lose 9 hours but of course we could of been on there.
Go look at any other leaderboards on cross platform games. Ps5 players are all over them. You are giving refresh rate too much credit lmao. This game supposedly runs much smoother on ps5 after talking to peeps who played all the betas.
As for mouse and key you can do that on ps5 too but from what I’ve seen this game has been geared well for controller.
I purchased 200 plat and now works. No troll… they just needed a bit more cash 
I’d like to get a refund for the extra I’ve paid for this… Been attempting to log for 9 hours to no avail. Even called my bank to confirm that everything is fine with the payment. Still getting Code 315306
