Tried everything, flush dns, renew, router refresh, restarts, uninstall reinstall. nothing fixes it.
Same for me. Tried everything on multiple devices. I was able to login via xbox, but not on steam deck or PC.
Game servers are most likely down. Two of us canāt connect either. It worked OK 8.75 hours ago.
I have been down with same error code for over an hour
I have friends playing right now so that is weird
They probably have a couple dedicated āloginā servers and those are down, but the game itself isnāt. So if you were already connected you be OK but if you disconnect youāre f****d.
Servers are down (downdetector_com/status/diablo/). @blizzard Can we play for what we payed? Where is support?

Yeah, whatever is causing the issue didnāt trigger an alarm for support, or it would be fixed by now. Iām a bit worried i wonāt be able to play at all tonight. Oh well.

Same here. Iāve been trying to launch the game for at least 2 hours. tried to open a ticket for connectivity issue (there is no login issue option) but itās an ordeal.

Yeah, they require a traceroute file to create a ticket. Uhhhh, perhaps they should provide the WAN IP for the login server(s), then? Better yet, decent options for the thousands of folks trying to login to D4 to let Blizz know something is wrong. Or, even better, a decent monitoring system with appropriate alarms. Or, even moe better, some sort of status page that is monitoring services to let players know whatās up or down. Or, even more moe better, redundancy to prevent these issues <3
I run all the diagnostics required and attached the files to the ticket. I clicked SUBMIT and got this message:
"You canāt submit this ticket.
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later."

oh it gets better, when im on my pc, it says she logged in⦠and then it still pulls the 300008 code for her
same here. Issue still persist. As a paying user this is big disappointment
