[Main Thread] Can't login on PC (cannot find a valid Diablo 4 license)

Bought the ultimate edition from steam a couple of days ago, played for a bunch of hours and had no issues, today I can’t login because of this issue…

He isn’t the only person. Nobody can login who uses steam. Something is wrong and it’s saying it cannot find a valid license now.

Having the same problem here. Have been playing it without problems. Today it stopped with the same error.

The response you got is what you need to do. It’s likely a steam problem I’ve had the similar issues with other games in the past.

Yes, what I want to say is that not only Diablo 4 on Steam cannot be logged in, but also PS5 and Xbox have the same experience. Every time you log in, you will see an error: Unable to find a valid license for Diablo IV. (Code 315306), I think this may be some problem with Blizzard’s authorization communication for other game platforms.

What makes you think we havent done that already?

Yea exactly the problem. It will then just give links to HERE not giving us option to type out a support ticket.

Steam does not provide technical support for games not owned by Valve and directs users to the game developer . Instead of deflecting the issue elsewhere, resolve it.

I played this game at 10pm west coast time and had no problems now this morning there is an error like everyone else has stated. what a terrible and uneducated response from “technical support” deflections instead of directions. you absolute idiots. you make +70k a year and cant even say that the other devs around you broke their game. very dissapointing

Can we get any help? Steam, Ps5 and Xbox users can’t log in, plus Steam Support asks if we want a refund.

I’ll surely get a refund if the problem persists during this evening.

Steam isn’t helpful at all and it’s not only a steam problem, it’s a xbox\ps5\steam problem actually.

not all players on non blizzard platforms are having this issue. i have several players on ps5 and xbox that are not having this problem, im on steam i am currently having this problem. i’m going to wait till tomorrow if there is no solution them i’m going to seek a refund for piss pour deflections instead of directional answers. i just wanted to report that there are players on other platforms non blizzard and blizzard buyers alike not having problems. its widespread this issue but not totally everyone is affected.
