same issue here, on PC
First time for me having this 300008 error this morning, and everything I am trying isnât fixing it.
Same issue. If Blizz is gonna make a generally solo based dungeon crawler online only, they need to be able to handle the server load.
Cant login at all. Tried to fast travel to the hub town that starts with a Z from the tree of whispers and my game crashed. Now I cant log in at all.
If youâre on the East Coast, ongoing ISP issues are causing this. Some users in Texas reporting it also. However, the servers are available if you have VPN access on your home router or modem.
Itâs been three days. Every time I try to get into the game, even before the character selection screen, it shows me error code 300001, disconnected, please reconnect. I get this message and gets booted out of the game.
I tried resetting my network setting, updated adapter driver, reinstall Blizzard launcher, reinstall the game, nothing works. I also play D3 on the side and I get no connection issues at all. WHAT IS GOING ON?
Close BattleNet. Right click, Run as Administrator. Try again. Saw this fix from someone else, worth a shot.
Multiple ISPs are experiencing outages across the US atm, probably related to the cloud services they use. The servers are up and playable, but if youâre on the East Coast or in Texas, you may be affected by the issue.
Howdy everyone!
Seems to slowly be coming back up for players! Give it another go when you have a moment and if you still have problems try again in just a little bit.
Thanks for all the information and patience everyone!
And please ignore the horrendous order of my replies here, thatâs what happens when so many threads about the same issue merge. ><
In your case, see if you can go here and do a WinMTR test and post results there:
=For everyone having connection issues of various types: UPDATE 8-7-23
But it might not hurt to wait till this current large outage is resolved.
that was so strange it was those 2 for me as well
I live in west coast Canada but I still get this issue. Maybe related, maybe not?
