Act 2: The Knife Twists Again - Apex of Misery quest:
I completed the Weeping Cairns dungeon, but it still shows as yellow on my map and doesn’t have the checkmark. When I re-enter the dungeon, there is no NPC and the first door is unopenable. The quest is saying to "find Aridah atop Solitude, but all the routes there are blocked.
same issue, Everything blocked at thee is no way of re-setting the quest
I have the same issue. I’ve read in the console bug forum some people have been able to fix it by changing world tier and closing and opening the game again but I haven’t tried that yet.
Update tried changing the world tier but that didn’t help. Hopefully they will fix this don’t want to restart my character is already level 44.
Ok it is not bugged just not very obvious where to go. There is a Lilith statue near the Apex of Misery campaign quest marker. Close by there are vines that you are able to damage by attacking and the will let you through to complete quest.

the NPC’s reappear so fast that I cannot get any hits on the 2 targets. So, just dump the quest and move on!!!
