this has to be bugged/ its the hardest fight in game.

I beat him with my Lvl 62 Rogue Ranger Combo Specialist, it was tough. Use an elixir for a buff.
You have to avoid his vampiric ability, which is always preceded by the sound of a gong. I was able to avoid “spit” with 15% runspeed. If you have issues, use the well in the first room to LoS him when he spits and get away from him when you hear the gong sound.
—Make sure you have ambient and effects volumes up.
