I have received the amulet with protective aspect from Vigo (magic bubble). I have imprinted it, so I cannot extract it anymore. Is there a way to get this aspect from loots or this is a one off?

You can get it from loot drops. However, there are two different ones. One is if you damage an elite, you get a short bubble. The other is if you take damage you get a bubble. Be sure to read the tooltip carefully!

I have two items with Magic bubble. If I am using both do I get two instances with two cooldown periods? Or can only one be active?
Only one will be active, unfortunately. You will notice the 2nd one will be greyed out.
