Any information on what the base lucky hit chance is for summons? And if it scales off + Lucky Hit Chance?
They have no lucky hit, at all. There is a ongoing bug though that makes them trigger Abhorrent Decrepify for some reason.
Decrepify dont have a bug… The skill himself has luckhit proc chance on duration (if target receive dmg).
Yeah i know how it works, but minions shouldnt be able to trigger it since they dont have lucky hit chance, yes its only the warriors that are able to trigger it, so yes its most certaintly a bug but a good one!
Lucky hit chance triggers can only be triggered by hits that have lucky hit chance.
If I remember correctly when this first came up during S0 and S1, only the Defenders and Reapers could trigger the CDR. Skirmishers didn’t proc the CDR for whatever reason.
