I’ve had like three of those on Barb, the drops are painfully random it seems

this is what i have been using since lvl 77.
I think I’m on my fourth one. The frost nova is nice, but the affixes aren’t worth the loss in defense. You’re better off without it. I put it down a long time ago and never looked back.
Temerity doesn’t work on sorc get rid of it.
What do you mean it doesnt work? It works just fine, keeps my barriers up all the time.
Using a potion at full HP doesn’t overheal you on sorc, but it works on barb.

Well good for you, the issue is that Unique pants drop more from Drown, and there are no NMDs that have Drown.
I’m almost never doing anything in the swamp or coast region of Havezar where usually the drown are. It is really only an RNG factor.
The thing is…this is a unique item. And is supposed to be rare.
Funny thing is, that if unique items are frequent, half of the playerbase will rage that they are too easy to come by and not as exciting as they should be. If a unique item is rare, the other half of the playerbase will complain that they are too hard to find.

it just dosnt work in town. Out in the wild it works.

It works for me, i can chug potions on full health and keep the full barrier up. In fact i did kinda got used to it and now i press Q like every 8-10sec
Sometimes i have to stop since im at 4/9 potions and i realize Damn…no mobs here stop pressing that flask 
Barbs can do it in town so something isn’t right.
Either way, I wouldn’t use Temerity over literally any pants with DR and ranks to frost nova
Totally fine, depends on a build. I was kinda hessitant as well with mine but, that survivablity in HC and ability to snad in the middle for a while is fine by me
