Maybe not a bug, but if the Butcher happens to spawn in the room just passed the locked door in Luban’s Rest, the last add won’t spawn who drops the key to open it, preventing dungeon completion.
I just encountered this, the add counter was stuck at 1 which prevented the spawn of the miniboss who drops the key.
This just happened to me as well.

Can confirm this happened with me today; Butcher didn’t spawn in the locked door to proceed but rather deeper in the dungeon for that “stage” - killed all the enemies but no key drop to be found.
