Low level players on T3

I just did a world boss and the were 2 low level players (19 and 20). How did they get to T3 that fast? Just wondering.

Maybe because there was no one in T3, I put a character from pre-T1. I don’t know.

They are probably alternative characters? They would have been carried through the pits. Were they in a clan?

Probably part of a clan or something similar. High level people pull their friends up to higher tiers all the time.
