So, Whenever I opened the game its already stuttering, I get something close to 22 FPS but then I look a my Task Manager and the game is only using 30-35% of my GPU, not sure if its just an optimization problem for my specific GPU or, if my GPU is just fried and does not work on this specific game, since it uses all of my GPU to run Overwatch and other games completely fine, Bought the Ultimate Edition to play early but its not very playable right now without getting a headache

My GPU shows 0%-2% usage and has since a couple weeks ago when some patch rolled out. If I crank graphics up to full it still stays the same. I have the latest Nvidia driver and Windows update. I’d love to have my GPU show life which it does if I play any Steam game.
On the opposite side, I have my CPU showing 75%-100% usage. No matter which setting I put it on from low to high to in between and even reducing normal CPU heavy settings I still get the same thing. I have no background programs going on either.
Not to mention their is a memory leak in the game where it starts out fine and than progressively gets worse, which led me to check CPU/GPU usage, and I have to close the game and reopen to get it to act normal for a short time. I have even increased my virtual memory with no noticeable affect.
EDIT: Before said patch my GPU would run around 50% on average.

Same for me. Getting 30% usage max and game stutters and lags no matter what graphics settings. The game is unplayable. A total rip off for $70 bucks, I have no idea how this is a finished product. They should be issuing refunds
