where can i find lost witchcraft powers? for example breath of the coven
You need to find witch alters in Pits, NMDs, or root holds (new witch thing with NMD type key).
They are rare and increase chances with torment level.

I got all of them in about 2 hours. Keep popping the new elixir that doubles the chance of an alter in a dungeon and speed run nightmare dungeons. Kill as little as possible and look for an icon that looks like a deer skull with a small leaf on it. It won’t appear on the mini map. Interact with it and it gives you one of the four lost powers. Also, it seems you can’t get dupes. As soon as you find 4 altars, you should have all the powers.
