Hi, I’m reporting a bug I experienced today on Diablo IV (PlayStation version).
I was claiming several rewards from my stash, specifically a Resplendent Spark and multiple Invocation items related to the Season of Belial event, when I was teleported into a friend’s world (instance change) at that exact moment.
After this, the Resplendent Spark and the Invocation items did not appear in my inventory, my stash, nor in the Lost Items tab.
I did check the Lost Items tab, where I could see the usual 10 items limit displayed, but none of them were the Resplendent Spark or the Invocation items in question.
I’ve restarted the game and checked all stash locations in different cities, but the items are completely missing.
This happened while opening multiple stash rewards at once (related to the Season of Belial), right when I was pulled into another player’s instance, which might have caused the bug.
I have a video recording showing exactly what happened and can provide it if needed.
Please verify the account logs and let me know if there’s any way to recover these lost items.
