Hey! I was playing the campaign with my rogue. Bested Duriel, shortly after that I claimed Caldeum waypoint and then decided to teleport to Kyovashad: to salvage the loot before descending to Hell. I used portal and then the game logged me out. Then I was unable to log in back, there were an error 395002, saying that my character has not finished being saved or otherwise busy (the what?). I tried to log in for like 5 minutes and then decided to relauch the game. So I’m logging in back, and boom! Caldeum waypoint is greyed out as not claimed, and the legendary gloves which dropped from Duriel are missing from my inventory 
What was that? And is there a way to restore a legendary dropped from Duriel? It seems that I lost all the progress right after taking down the boss, even loot is not in the inventory.
