I was playing cross-play with my friend on xbox, we were doing Tormented Duriel and after a number of attempts, we finally downed him! We picked up the loot, got our achievements, got the mounts, and were excitedly looking at the loot when we both got a server disconnect, then were greeted with an error 395002 message. We waited probably 4-5 minutes, then tried logging in, and found that all of our loot, the mats to start the fight, the mounts, achievement, etc. were all gone. It really kinda felt bad! IDK that there’s much to be done, but I wanted to file this report anyway because having the progress just wiped away is a terrible experience, especially right on the heels of triumph.
