I was doing Duriel runs with friends yesterday after the update. He dropped an amazing double greater affix ring of starless skies. To my horror the game froze, kicked us all out of our party even though we were still together at duriel. Couldn’t leave dungeon or teleport or anything completely frozen. Some of us had fight audio and some didnt, others could use menu and some couldn’t. I was completely frozen, no audio and my only option was to close the game. Reloaded and relogged in only to find my entire inventory I had on me and my double affixed mythic completely gone. I have screenshot of the ring right before the crash. I am seriously devastated. I don’t care about anything else in my inventory but I want that mythic back. It’s so rare to drop let alone have a double affixed one drop. Someone please help me. Server being unstable isn’t something I should be punished for

The fight started but duriel never spawned. I was stuck without being able to teleport or log out even, had to exit game.
