When did you make the first character? If it was during the beta, those are temporary.
Y’all will respond to this but not the floods of posts about people losing their characters and dlc content??? How are y’all getting away with this people have literally lost stuff they paid for

I am a volunteer, not an employee. I’ve been playing the game and just started looking at recent threads. I’m sure Blizz is aware of an issue if there are “floods of posts” about it already.
No obviously they aren’t as this has been going on for over 24 hours. If you have any connection to them you should let them know
during pre-order it was 03.06 when i made the character
They are likely working on it instead of typing in the forum.
If you mean March 6th 2023, then that character would be a beta character and would be deleted. This is the standard process for beta play on any gme.

but even if I played hardcore, I was lvl 35, it shouldn’t delete it.
there is a chance of recovery character??
